Combine all the spices in a bowl, and store them in a small container.
Use 2 tablespoons of Chorizo spice blend, plus 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar per pound of meat.

1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1/2 tablespoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
