3 c. Ranch Dressing
1/4 c. roasted green chilis
1/4 c. pickled sliced jalapenos
1-1/2 T lime juice
3 T fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1/2 Roma tomato, diced
Pulse all ingredients in a blender until smooth (you may have to do this in batches). Chill and use as needed. Makes about 4 cups.
